The development structure includes 7+ senior pattern makers, two sample rooms, 20+ sample machinists, 12+ merchandisers, 15+ QC inspectors, and 30+ finishing and packing workers. The team can review tech packs, reference photographs, original samples, sketches, line sheets, fabric swatches, size charts, trims, packaging files, and target-market requirements. NDA-based cooperation is available for tech packs, samples, patterns, labels, packaging, unreleased designs, pricing, and order information.
The standard MOQ starts from 200 pieces per style and color, subject to fabric availability, custom dyeing or weaving, print minimums, special trims, construction complexity, certified materials, custom packaging, and production scheduling. The manufacturing model is designed for clients with clear product direction, professional sampling needs, and bulk-production plans rather than ready-stock purchasing, dropshipping, or micro orders.
