Pre-Production Check:Before mass production begins, we review materials, components, and patterns to ensure they align with product specifications.
During Production Inspection: Our quality control teams monitor manufacturing processes, conducting spot checks and addressing any issues in real-time to prevent defects.
Final Random Inspection (FRI): Employing the AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standard, specifically AQL 2.5 for apparel, we perform a detailed inspection of a randomly selected sample of the final product. This step verifies that the quality meets both our standards and your expectations.
Packaging and Labeling Review: We inspect the packaging and labeling to ensure it meets legal requirements and is ready for shipment.
Loading Supervision (Optional): Upon request, we can supervise the loading of goods to ensure that the correct quantities are shipped and proper handling methods are used to safeguard the products during transit.
By implementing this comprehensive inspection strategy, we ensure that only high-quality products are delivered, maintaining the integrity of your brand and customer satisfaction.
When you select our Pro Plan and collaborate with our Jinfeng factory for ODM production, we guarantee the quality of your products.
If we find defective products during the product inspection in our warehouse, we will help you replace them for free.
If you find product defects 15 days after you receive the goods and provide evidence of them, we will send a replacement or compensate you.
