What do you need help with?

What is your quality control process?

Question: What is your quality control process?
Answer: Our QC process is as follows:

Initial Inspection: Once the production sample is approved by the client, we verify and inspect all fabrics and accessories. Only after they meet our standards do we proceed to mass production.

Mid-Production Inspection: Approximately one week into production, our QC team conducts a mid-production quality check to ensure everything is on track.

Final Inspection: When 80% of the production is complete, including 80% of packaging and boxing, we perform a final inspection. We examine 30-40% of the order according to AQ2.5L standards.

What We Inspect:

  • Measurements: We measure according to the approved grading size chart and ensure results are within acceptable tolerance ranges.
  • Fabric and Color: We verify that the fabric and colors are correct.
  • Prints/Embroidery/Decoration: We check the size and placement of prints, embroidery, and decorations.
  • Defects: We look for defects such as stains, tears, holes, discoloration, and broken threads.
  • Trims and Labels: We also inspect the placement of trims, concepts, and labels.

Our meticulous quality control process ensures that every product meets the highest standards before it reaches our customers. If you have any further questions or need more detailed information, please feel free to contact us.
