Grading starts from an approved base size and the brand’s grade rules. Bust, waist, hip, length, armhole, neckline, slit and other style-specific points should be reviewed so larger and smaller sizes preserve the intended proportion.
A PP sample confirms the production-ready standard before bulk manufacturing. Fit, measurements, fabric, trims, workmanship, lining and other critical details should be stable before approval.
Final patterns, size charts, grade rules, PP samples, Golden Samples and QC measurements create the control system. Cutting, sewing and garment measurements are checked against approved production information.
Brand-specific patterns, tech packs, fit comments and unreleased sample information can be managed under NDA-based cooperation. Pattern assets are used for the corresponding development, production and repeat-order program rather than unrelated projects.
