Revision discipline: Feedback is organized by fit, fabric, color, trims, workmanship, appearance, measurements and packing. Each item is marked as accepted, revised, pending approval or requiring a new sample. The approach avoids losing small but important comments across long email chains.

PP lock: The PP sample confirms the final combination of pattern, fabric, color, trims, construction, measurements, labels and packing. Production files are updated before material cutting. Where a Golden Sample is used, it remains the physical comparison reference for workmanship, appearance and final inspection.

No blind bulk start: Jinfeng Apparel does not recommend pushing an unresolved sample directly into production. When fabric, fit, support, measurements or packing remain open, the risk is recorded and closed before bulk. Delaying a weak approval by a few days is usually less expensive than repeating the same error across thousands of garments.

Fabric and Fit Risks We Review Before Production

Complex womenswear materials can create failures long before final inspection. Each material needs its own pattern, sewing, finishing and packing controls.

Satin Direction

Satin is checked for face direction, shine consistency, snagging, wrinkling, seam puckering, pressing response and color variation.
