A UK label developed 16 structured dress styles totaling 31,200 pieces, including double-breasted minis, tailored midis and sleeveless vest dresses. Five suiting directions covered poly-viscose, stretch suiting, structured crepe, pinstripe and lightweight wool blend. The collection used UK 6-18 sizing. Development focused on shoulder balance, front overlap, waist placement and lining movement. Two fit rounds were completed on key silhouettes before PP approval. Shared buttons, linings and labels reduced material fragmentation across the program.
