In addition to our own factories, we also collaborate with other excellent garment factories. Our partner factories undergo rigorous audits by our on-site team to ensure they meet our strict standards.
We only work with facilities that do not employ underage workers and guarantee that all employees receive fair wages, paid promptly.
These factories uphold strong ethical practices, including a strict ban on forced labor and ensuring any overtime work is voluntary and compensated accordingly.
We prioritize a safe working environment, with well-lit and sanitary facilities, proper spacing between workstations, and essential safety equipment such as needle guards, protective eyewear, and slip-resistant mats, ensuring the well-being and safety of all workers.
