Files are used only for the approved development, sampling, production, QC, packing and shipment process. Unreleased samples or brand materials are not published without permission. Public production content uses internally developed samples, authorized projects or anonymized process details.

Repeat-Order Records

Pattern versions, size charts, fabric references, trim approvals, sewing instructions, QC notes, label files and packing standards can be retained for repeat-order support. A repeat order still requires material availability, color and specification confirmation, but prior records reduce repeated explanation and help identify deliberate changes from the earlier standard.
