MOQ starts from 200 pcs per style/color, depending on mesh availability, color development, lining, trims, construction complexity, print, decoration, packaging, and production schedule. MOQ is calculated by style and color rather than total quantity across unrelated designs. Custom-dyed mesh, custom printing, certified fabrics, rhinestones, sequins, special trims, or custom packaging may carry separate supplier minimums. Quantity by style, color, size, and delivery batch should be supplied for an accurate review.
Complex mesh, corset, sequin, embellished, evening, and jumpsuit samples normally require about 15-25 days after the development information and sample payment are confirmed. The exact schedule depends on pattern difficulty, fabric availability, custom color, printing, decoration, special trims, lining, support structure, and revision scope. A first sample is not automatically the bulk standard. Fit samples, revised samples, photo-ready samples, PP samples, and Golden samples may be required according to the program.
Yes. Pattern development can follow US, UK, EU, AU, alpha sizing from XS-XL, extended ranges, petite, tall, plus-size, or a brand-specific size chart. The supplied chart and brand block take priority. Grading controls more than bust, waist, and hip; jumpsuit projects may also require rules for torso length, rise, crotch depth, thigh, inseam, neckline, cut-out placement, cup position, waist seam, and decoration. Selected graded sizes can be sampled or measured before bulk approval.
Yes, subject to design and material review. Custom prints require artwork, repeat, base mesh, color, strike-off, stretched appearance, and print MOQ approval. Rhinestones and sequins require placement maps, attachment tests, seam clearance, skin-comfort review, and protective packing. Corset support may involve cups, boning, power mesh, lining, underbust shaping, anti-slip elements, hooks, or zippers. Every added feature affects fit, sewing, cost, sample time, inspection, and bulk repeatability.
Yes. Private-label support can cover woven labels, size labels, care labels, hangtags, barcode stickers, SKU labels, polybags, warning text, folding, protective sheets, cartons, carton marks, packing lists, and warehouse instructions. Artwork and data must be supplied or approved before production. Delicate mesh and embellished garments may need protective folding or separation. Label, barcode, assortment, and carton accuracy are checked against the approved packing guide and order records.
Yes, on a project basis. NDA cooperation can protect tech packs, samples, patterns, size charts, fabrics, trims, packaging, barcodes, prices, quantities, launch dates, and unpublished designs. Testing, certified fabric sourcing, third-party inspection, AQL protocols, and audit-related documents can be coordinated according to the selected factory, material supplier, market, certificate scope, and current records. Requirements should be stated before quotation so cost, MOQ, documentation, and lead-time effects can be assessed accurately.
