US Occasionwear Capsule

A US occasionwear program covered 14 lace skirt and coordinated top styles, 28,600 pieces in total, two principal color groups and an XS-XL size range. The assortment combined stretch lace fitted skirts, rigid embroidered midis and scalloped overlay styles. Development centered on waist and hip fit, compatible lining stretch, zipper flatness and consistent border exposure. Three priority styles were approved first for campaign use. Bulk production was planned across a 52-day window after PP approval and complete material arrival, followed by two controlled shipment batches. Style, color, size, label and barcode records were separated throughout production.

European Ecommerce Collection

A European premium ecommerce collection included 22 skirt and matching-separate styles with a total quantity of 54,000 pieces. Three lace families were used across mini, midi and maxi lengths to create visual continuity without repeating one silhouette. Material control focused on color consistency between lace and lining, motif direction, embroidered net defects and packing against snagging. Sample priorities were organized around photography, hero launches and core replenishment styles. Bulk production and packing were managed across an approximately 68-day calendar after final approvals, with priority colors shipped first and remaining cartons released in a second phase.

US Private-Label Program

A US private-label womenswear program covered 27 styles and 76,500 pieces, including lace skirts, coordinated tops and selected dresses. The range used full lining, partial lining, border lace, guipure panels and embellished lace. Major controls included size grading, style-specific workmanship, care-label accuracy, barcode matching, carton ratios and shipment documentation. The program used a phased 74-day production and packing calendar after PP approval and material readiness. Priority SKUs were separated for the first warehouse booking, while remaining styles followed under the same approved pattern, QC and packing records. Brand names and original design files are not disclosed.

MOQ Structure

MOQ starts from 200 pcs per style and color. Multiple styles totaling 200 pieces do not form one standard MOQ. Each color normally carries its own fabric, cutting, label, packing and QC requirements.

Lace Availability

Available lace can shorten material preparation, while custom dyeing, embroidery, border development, beading or certified resources may have separate supplier MOQ, price and lead-time conditions.

Cost Drivers

Quotation considers shell lace, lining, trims, pattern work, sampling, fabric consumption, cutting, sewing time, hand finishing, pressing, QC, packing, wastage, testing, logistics requirements and order quantity.

Sample Requirements

Sample fees cover development, pattern work, material preparation, sewing, inspection and communication. Complex lace samples are quoted after style structure, material and trim needs are reviewed.

Production Timing

Bulk timing is confirmed after PP approval, material readiness, quantities, colors, sizes, packing and QC standards are locked. A smaller quantity is not automatically faster when custom materials or complex workmanship are involved.

Repeat Orders

Retained patterns, measurements, BOM, material references, trim records, QC notes and packing instructions support faster review. New colors, batches, fabrics or packaging still require confirmation before production.

Brand Protection and Long-Term Collection Support

Large apparel programs need controlled files, confidential development and repeatable records. Compliance support is confirmed against the selected factory, material supplier, destination market and current project requirements.

Testing and Audit Support

Jinfeng Apparel can coordinate client inspection, third-party testing and available factory or supplier documents by project. OEKO-TEX, GOTS, GRS, BSCI, Sedex or related requirements must be confirmed against the actual material, production factory, certificate scope and validity. No single certification statement is applied automatically to every order.

NDA and Design Protection

Tech packs, line sheets, original samples, patterns, measurements, selected lace, trims, labels, packaging, order quantities and unreleased designs can be protected under NDA. Client names, logos and unpublished product details are not used publicly without written permission.

Repeat-Order Records

Pattern versions, size charts, grade rules, BOM, fabric references, color records, trim cards, sewing instructions, QC notes, labels, barcodes, packing details and carton ratios are retained for repeat orders, replenishment and seasonal extensions. New material batches remain subject to approval.
