Kelly will organise the files for an initial manufacturing assessment covering style structure, fabric direction, sample route, MOQ, cost drivers, production allocation, quality requirements, private-label packing and delivery planning. Clear input makes the assessment faster and gives the development team enough information to identify risks before sample work begins.
- Product files: Tech pack, line sheet, sketch, original sample or reference images.
- Commercial plan: Quantity by style and colour, size range, launch date and UK delivery destination.
- Material direction: Preferred composition, hand feel, weight, colour, print or approved swatch.
- Brand execution: Main label, care label, hangtag, barcode, packing and warehouse requirements.
- Quality requirements: Measurement tolerance, defect standard, AQL level, testing or third-party inspection needs.
