A useful project review begins with enough information to evaluate product structure, material direction, MOQ, sampling, production allocation, quality control, packing and launch timing. Send a line sheet, tech pack, reference image or original-sample photographs together with the planned quantity by style/color. Include the target market, size range, fabric preference, color plan, private-label files, warehouse requirements and desired delivery window when available.
Kelly will coordinate the initial review with the relevant development and production teams. Files are used for feasibility, sampling, costing, bulk production, QC, packing and delivery coordination and can be handled under NDA-based cooperation. Clear source information allows the team to identify fabric or construction risks early, prioritize critical styles and prepare a more reliable next-step plan.
