Yes. Tech packs, original samples, patterns, measurements, BOMs, artwork, private-label details, quantities, prices, and unreleased styles can be managed under NDA. Protected designs and files are used only for the agreed development and production work. Anonymous case material excludes brand identity, unpublished design details, barcodes, order numbers, and confidential commercial information.
Yes. Jinfeng can retain pattern, measurement, fabric, trim, workmanship, packing, PP, Golden sample, and QC records for repeat and seasonal programs. Each repeat still requires current confirmation of material lots, colors, quantities, labels, packaging, capacity, and delivery. New fabrics, colors, size extensions, or construction changes may require further sampling or approval.

Send the information available for an initial manufacturing review. A complete submission helps Jinfeng evaluate product structure, fabric direction, pattern and sample workload, factory allocation, MOQ, costing, production timing, quality requirements, private-label packing, inspection, and delivery coordination.

Tech packs are preferred, although line sheets, original samples, sketches, or clear reference images can also support an initial assessment. Please include the expected number of styles, quantity per style and color, target size range, destination market, required launch or warehouse date, and any nominated audit, testing, inspection, packing, or freight-forwarder requirements. Complex programs can be reviewed under NDA before commercial files are shared more widely.
