Color groups and carton breakdowns were managed by delivery wave to support the seasonal launch.
European Multi-Size Fit Program
An anonymous European ecommerce dress brand developed 20 shirred and elastic-bodice styles totaling about 46,000 pieces across woven and stretch categories.
The size range included XS-XL plus selected extended sizes. The main risk was preserving coverage and comfort while grading the bodice, neckline, armhole, sleeves, and waist position. Jinfeng recorded relaxed and extended measurements for critical zones, adjusted bodice height and strap placement by size, reviewed key sizes before full production, and created size-specific measurement checkpoints. Packing required coordinated size labels, barcodes, SKU stickers, and carton ratios. The brand retained approved pattern, fabric, trim, and QC records for repeat orders and related seasonal styles.
