US Ecommerce Shirt Dress Drop

A US premium ecommerce label developed 12 shirt-dress styles across cotton poplin, cotton stretch and viscose print. Total order quantity reached 28,800 pieces across four color families and sizes XS-XL. Main challenge: Three fitted styles showed front opening around the bust, while two printed styles required pocket and placket alignment. Photography samples also needed to be released before the final bulk color assortment. Manufacturing response: Button positions were moved around the fitted bust zone, front ease was corrected, and placket interlining was changed after the fit round. Main challenge: The brand required stable collars, smooth plackets, seated comfort and consistent waist position across the full size range.
