Lace motif placement, mesh transparency, satin shade, and long-dress hem balance required different inspection methods. Several colors also shared similar packaging, increasing SKU-mixing risk.
Lace and mesh styles received placement and lining approvals. Satin colors were grouped by fabric lot. Long styles were measured at front, side, and back. Packing instructions identified style, color, size, barcode, and carton assortment before final packing.
The program was divided into campaign, main launch, and replenishment windows. Each batch followed separate packing lists and carton marks while retaining the same approved patterns and Golden Sample standards.
Australian Resort Dinner Program
An Australian premium online fashion program included 12 resort and wedding dinner styles with 24,000 total pieces. The range combined lightweight maxi dresses, halter satin styles, printed woven dresses, fitted midis, and evening-ready two-piece looks.
